OPTION #3: FLAME via Kingswood Extended
For many Wesleyan ministerial students, FLAME classes offered through Education & Clergy Development have been a main avenue toward ministerial credentialing. Education & Clergy Development (ECD) has now transitioned the administration of all FLAME classes for ordination to Kingswood University.
FLAME will be part of Kingswood Extended, their new off-campus delivery system for ministerial education. The nature of KU as a Bible college and single-purpose institution (educating for Christian ministry) makes it a perfect candidate for providing the correspondence courses necessary for ministerial students seeking ordination in The Wesleyan Church.
We are very pleased to partner with Kingswood in this regard as they will provide high quality educational experiences for our students. Registration for courses is now available through Kingswood extended.
OPTION #4: CROSS Training via Oklahoma Wesleyan
Designed for ministers desiring to be credentialed through The Wesleyan Church, the
CROSS Training program is offered exclusively through Oklahoma Wesleyan University. The courses fulfill the academic requirements for ordination set forth by the Educational Ministry Department of The Wesleyan Church.
