This is the place! Here you will find step-by-step instructions for submitting all required reports such as your ASR, Local Church Statistical Report, Local Church Leadership, and various other required documents including the Annual Reports Checklist.
Step 1 — Submit ANNUAL SERVICE REPORT (ASR) by April 30
All credentialed individuals in The Wesleyan Church are required to submit Annual Service Reports. Failure to do so can mean forfeiture of credentials. The deadline for your ASR to be submitted is April 30. Those who do not file by that date will be reported to the Annual District Conference as Unsatisfactory and further action may be taken. Please do your part and submit your report in a timely manner.
MINISTERIAL STUDENTS / LICENSED MINISTERS: Annual Ministerial Student & Licensed Minister Reporting (click) is on its own page. If you are a District Pastor, please return to this page for instructions on submitting all other required Local Church Reports by May 31.
Last year most credentialed individuals submitted their ASR the quick and easy way, via the online Wesleyan Pastor Portal (click), and this method is now required by HQ and the Kentucky-Tennessee District.
