Annual Reports All In One Place—Instructions & Checklist

This is the place! Here you will find step-by-step instructions for ALL required reports...

Step 1 — Submit ANNUAL SERVICE REPORT (ASR) by April 30

All credentialed individuals in The Wesleyan Church are required to submit Annual Service Reports. Failure to do so can mean forfeiture of credentials. The deadline for your ASR to be submitted is April 30.

Those who do not file by that date will be reported to the Annual District Conference as Unsatisfactory and further action may be taken. Please do your part and submit your report in a timely manner.

The ASR submission procedure has changed this year.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION THOROUGHLY.

Headquarters is in the process of transitioning to a new Pastor Portal system, and they have gotten sections completed this year for submitting both the Annual Service Report (ASR) and the Local Church Statistical Report (LCSR). These will NOT be submitted through the old Pastor Portal. However, Local Church Leaders will be updated via the old Pastor Portal (see Step 3), so you will need to have access to both systems this year.

Each credentialed individual will receive an E-mail from Headquarters informing him/her that the new system is open to receive reports. Included will be log-in information and a temporary password.

Please do not delete this E-mail. It is your only way to access the new system.

Please follow instructions in the E-mail from HQ which require you to reset your password and proceed to verify your account in case you ever need to reset your password in the future.

You will later receive an E-mail with a link to complete your ASR.

This method is recommended by HQ and the KY-TN District.

If you need assistance, please contact Office Admin Tim Linick | kytndistrict@gmail.com | 270-790-1341.

He will be glad to answer your questions and walk you through the process of submitting your ASR.

Unless you are a Pastor, once you have submitted your ASR, you are done! Congratulations!

MINISTERIAL STUDENTS / LICENSED MINISTERS: Annual Ministerial Student & Licensed Minister Reporting (click) is on its own page. If you are a District Pastor, please return to this page for instructions on submitting all other required Local Church Reports by May 31.

UPDATE: Due to difficulty credentialed individuals have had getting new account set up and accessing ASR in the new system, DS Sherman will accept either an e-mailed version or hard copy via mail. The deadline has been extended to May 10. Please make sure you download your CORRECT ASR for your appointment below...

Pastors / Lay Leaders, follow Steps 2 to 7 to submit all required Local Church Reports by May 31.

Step 2 — Submit LOCAL CHURCH STATISTICAL REPORT by May 31

The LCSR submission procedure has changed this year.

Statistical information ( from May 1 to April 30 ) must be submitted. You may wish to download and print a hard copy of the Local Church Statistical Report (2019 LCSR Hard Copy as PDF) for a working copy as you gather information to be entered online along with the corresponding instructions (2019 LCSR Instructions as PDF).

Each pastor will receive an E-mail from Headquarters informing him/her that the new system is open to receive reports. Included will be log-in information and a temporary password.

Please do not delete this E-mail. It is your only way to access the new system.

Please follow instructions which require you to reset your password.

You may then proceed to complete your LCSR noting the following:

  • Every question must be answered. If a question does not pertain to you, type "0."
  • When every question has been answered, the system will notify your district office.

This method is required by HQ and the Kentucky-Tennessee District.

If you encounter difficulty submitting statistical information via the new system, after downloading and printing a working copy of the Local Church Statistical Report (LCSR) form (below) and filling it in completely, please contact Office Admin Tim Linick | kytndistrict@gmail.com | 270-790-1341 to have him input statistics for your church directly into the new system.

Please do not submit a HARD COPY of the LCSR.
