Hephzibah62:4, a subsidiary of The Wesleyan Church, is a re-visioned, lean and streamlined organization that is experiencing an exciting season of renewal and growth. Hephzibah62:4 is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist in multiplying our mission of equipping and mobilizing local Wesleyan churches to transform the lives of vulnerable children, with a scope of approximately 1600 local churches throughout the U.S. and Canada.

This newly created position requires a person uniquely equipped and called by God for a crucial season of implementation and impact. The Hephzibah62:4 Program Coordinator will work closely with the Hephzibah62:4 Director to develop and implement programming to serve our growing network of church partners, with the goal of strong, sustaining local Wesleyan church partnerships, and a multiplying network that bears the fruit of our mission.

For this important public-facing role, the qualified individual must have a growing and dynamic personal relationship with Jesus Christ. A strong character with demonstrated leadership capacity and great organizational ability are necessary along with excellent written, presentation and accompanying technology skills.

This position will be focused on networking, collaboration, and equipping church leaders through individual coaching, cohorts, training, and access to partner benefits, online from a home office and in person, with occasional travel required. A person who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and possesses a well-rounded skillset will thrive in our small remote team work environment.

The education and experience background to perform successfully in key outcome areas are typically acquired through a bachelor's degree or educational equivalents in ministry, social work, human services, psychology or related degree and three to five years of ministry, professional or personal experience in at least one of the following areas related to the care of vulnerable children: Sanctity of Human Life, Trauma-Informed Care, Anti-Trafficking, Special Needs Ministry, Family Preservation, Foster Care or Adoption. An existing knowledge and diverse network of ministry connections in these key areas is preferred.

Wesleyan lay or clergy with church ministry and/or denominational experience is preferred.

Location within the U.S. is flexible, but proximity to our Michigan-based team is preferred.
